What’s included in our ticket?

  • Enough food to replace lunch or dinner (it’s actually more than that, you will not be hungry!)+ 1 drink at each stop.

How much walking is involved?

Our tours cover approximately one and a half to two kilometres of walking. At most locations we will be sitting down, however there will be some locations where we will be standing.

Do you accommodate allergies and dietary preferences?

We do our best to accommodate the special dietary needs of our guests, however we can't guarantee all stops will be able to do so. The booking process allows you to identify common dietary needs/preferences (eg. vegetarian, gluten-free, nut-free), and based on that your guide will be able to identify items you might want to avoid. Neither the company, its management, employees, tour guides, agents, representatives of the company, nor participating restaurants will be held liable for any adverse outcomes as a result of ingested food samples during the tour.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Tickets are fully refundable up to 72 hours before tour start time. Within 72 hours and up to 4 hours of tour start time tickets may be transferred to another date but are not refundable. "No-shows" are charged full price and not eligible for ticket transfer. Tours depart PROMPTLY and it is the guest’s responsibility to show up at the right location on time. Kindly be advised that 2.9% of the transaction amount + 0.30 USD will be deducted from your refund amount.

Are the tours kid-friendly?

Kids are welcome in all of our tours. However, parents know their child best and should assess the situation individually. Since there is a lot of standing and walking, please consider this when deciding whether the tour is appropriate for your child.

Do kids pay full price?

Kids under the age of four can join the tours at no cost. Please let us know if you are coming with kids when bookin.g

How do I book and pay for a tour?

Tours must be booked and purchased on our website at least 24 hours in advance. Payment options are Visa, AMEX or MasterCard.

What language are the tours given in?

Our tours are primarily conducted in English. However, if the guests would like to practice their Spanish, our tour guides can switch between languages.

How many people can attend the tour?

For the best experience and service, a maximum of 8 people will be allowed in each tour at a time.

If you are traveling with a bigger group, please reach out and we’ll arrange a special tour for you.

What happens if it rains?

The tours are held rain or shine. Please dress for the weather conditions and bring an umbrella if necessary.

​

What/when should I tip our tour guide?

If you are happy with your tour, tipping is greatly appreciated. At the end of your tour, when the guide is wrapping up, is a good time to tip with cash.
