Tickets are fully refundable up to 72 hours before tour start time. Within 72 hours and up to 4 hours of tour start time tickets may be transferred to another date but are not refundable. "No-shows" are charged full price and not eligible for ticket transfer. Tours depart PROMPTLY and it is the guest’s responsibility to show up at the right location on time. Kindly be advised that 2.9% of the transaction amount plus 0.30 USD will be deducted from your refund amount.
